Cancellations & Automatic Renewal:

Your membership rolls over automatically each billing cycle. Want out? Give us at least 7 days’ notice through the contact form so we can stop the next charge.

Pausing:

Need a breather? You can pause for 14 days or longer—we’re flexible. Let us know the dates via the contact page; no fees, and your pass meter stops while frozen.

Overdue & Late Payments:

If a payment bounces you’ll get automatic email nudges. Clear the balance online, in‑store, or by bank transfer to keep the doors open. Questions? Hit the contact page and we’ll sort it.
